3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:

- Notify us immediately of any changes to your personal circumstances that may affect your application
- Cooperate fully with our consultants and respond to requests for information or documents in a timely manner
- Pay all fees, including our service fees and any third-party fees (e.g., government application fees, medical exam fees), as they become due
We are not responsible for delays or negative outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
4. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
4.1. Payment Terms
All service fees must be paid as outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer.
4.2. Third-Party Fees
Our service fees do not include any fees charged by third parties, such as government application fees, biometric fees, or medical examination fees. These are your sole responsibility.
4.3. Refund Policy
Our service fees are paid for the professional consulting and guidance provided and are generally non-refundable once the service has commenced.
No refunds will be issued in the event that:
- Your visa application is refused by the government or immigration authority
- You decide to withdraw your application or cease using our services
- You fail to provide the necessary documents or information in a timely manner, leading to delay or cancellation
Any specific refund terms for a service will be clearly stated in a separate service agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Guarantee
5.1. No Guarantee of Outcome
We provide professional advice based on our knowledge and experience, but we do not guarantee the outcome of any visa or migration application. Visa and migration laws can change without notice, and the final decision is at the sole discretion of the government body.
5.2. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Certech borrow s.r.o., its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or reputation, arising from your use of our services or any unforeseen issues with your visa application.
6. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
6.1. Confidentiality
We will treat all personal and sensitive information you provide as confidential. We will not disclose this information to third parties except as required to provide our services or as compelled by law of Czech Republic.
6.2. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided to you, including guides, checklists, and forms, are the intellectual property of Certech borrow s.r.o. and are protected by copyright law. You may not share, copy, or redistribute these materials for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction.
